Rates Negotiable! Flexible Shifts! Snyder Memorial Health Care Center is accepting applications for full time Registered Nurse (RN) positions. RNs are required to direct, administer and record the care given to residents in this facility. Major responsibilities include (full job description will be reveiwed prior to/at time of offer):


  1. Charts information regarding resident; progress, behavior, complaints, medications and treatments administered, symptoms, observations and assessments according to schedule.
  2. Make a comprehensive assessment of resident’s needs which includes but is not limited to: prior medical history, physical and mental functional status, sensory and physical impairments, nutritional status, special treatments and procedures, discharge potential, dental conditions; activities potential; rehab potential; cognitive status and drug therapy.
  3. Required to administer medications, either oral, intravenous, or injection as ordered by physician.
  4. Required to provide various treatments as ordered by the physician or other professional services.
  5. Required to observe and direct the nurse aide staff; assists in orientation of new staff.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $1500 for applicants hired to work part time (24-31 hours per week) and $3000 for full time (32-40 hours per week). Per diem positions are also available.


Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania. Previous experience in long term care is preferred.
