Omni Manor Health Care Center is accepting applications for full and part time State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) positions on ALL Shifts. STNAs provides direct care to nursing home residents, primarily for their activities of daily living, but also must include some medical care. Major responsibilities include (full job description will be reveiwed prior to/at time of offer):


  1. Answer call lights in a timely manner.
  2. Assist resident in using bathroom and provide peri care.
  3. May be required to assist in personal grooming of residents, e.g., brushing hair, trimming fingernails, except in diabetic residents.
  4. Required to document information regarding the residents’ health, I & O, and report any change of residents’ condition to nurse.
  5. Assist and/or transport residents to and from various areas: dining room, physical therapy, activities, beauty shop and other areas.
  6. Assist in the feeding of residents that require this care.

We are currently offering a sign on bonus of $500 for applicants hired to work part time (24-31 hours per week) and $1000 for full time (32-40 hours per week).
